Misc Murtle

J has been away this weekend. Her latest thing is to text me, but she doesn't like to send long messages. So, at least once a day when she is gone, I get a "HI" or a "LOVE" note. And if write something back, however long, she will send back basically another "HI." Needless to say, I like hearing from her.

Now, if you're wondering why I haven't been blogging lately, it's 'cause. . .

The bag is for my friend L who lives in DC. I still need to line it and put in a zipper. The mittens are for J, but they need a cuff. I have some turquoise-metallic green stuff for that once they dry.

I had a fabulous birthday last week. . . presents, cards, phone calls, etc. It was my best yet!

Ringo Is Not Raffi!

My stepmom got me two Beatles albums for my birthday. We were in the middle of "REVOLVER" listening to "Yellow Submarine" when J asks, "Is this Raffi?"
